Learning Resilience
The Learning Resilience Program is now available! The program utilizes positive psychology and other methodologies to help develop new ways of seeing challenging issues each day. Resilience is the ability accept that there will be hard times and challenges and feeling comfortable that you have the skills to cope and continue to maintain daily life.
This program is a hybrid style course including video-based lessons, workbook activities, and individual sessions with me. It is a total of six sessions.
This program is for those struggling with mild to moderate anxiety, depression, and residual effects of the pandemic.
Objectives of the program
Develop an understanding of resilience using a central metaphor
Develop and practice coping skills for approaching difficult situations out of your control
Challenge negative thoughts
Learn and practice ways of taking action when you can
These skills can help reduce anxious and depressive symptoms
Develop a strategy for maintaining resilience in your situation.
