My background spans clinical social work, trauma treatment (IFS and EMDR), LGBTQIA+ support, gender-affirming care, holistic health, teaching, and even IT work before therapy. That mix matters—it means I understand how systems work, how people break under pressure, and how to rebuild with intention.
